SAN SONNEA in the Dolomites seeks an experienced Gouvernante/Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping department in a new luxury resort. You will oversee suites presentation, staff development, and 5-star standards to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Competenze

• Several years of experience as a Gouvernante or Executive Housekeeper in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Strong quality awareness and high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Experience serving discerning international guests with high-quality furnishings and equipment.
• Strong leadership, empathy and organisational abilities.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility.

Mansioni

• Oversee the Housekeeping department and ensure suites are impeccably presented.
• Lead, train and develop the Housekeeping team.
• Coordinate operations, staff scheduling and workforce planning.
• Develop and monitor 5-star housekeeping standards.
• Inspect suites before guest arrival for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate In-Room Dining setups with kitchen and service teams.
• Manage linen, amenities, supplies and equipment quality.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Experience, Technical Services and others.
• Foster a professional, welcoming, quality-driven housekeeping culture.
