SAN SONNEA is seeking a Maître d’Hôtel to lead our restaurant team in a luxury Dolomites setting. You will ensure outstanding service from breakfast through fine dining, acting as a welcoming host for an international clientele.

Applicants should bring extensive experience in upscale hospitality, strong leadership, and a passion for wine pairings and menu recommendations. Italian/English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Maître d’Hôtel, Restaurant Manager or similar in upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
• Strong passion for hospitality and personal interaction with discerning international guests.
• Knowledge of wine pairing and menu consultation is advantageous.

• Lead restaurant service from breakfast to fine dining.
• Welcome guests and provide warm, professional service for an international clientele.
• Develop and refine the service concept aligned with farm-to-table philosophy and regional cuisine.
