SAN SONNEA is seeking a meticulous Housekeeping Attendant to uphold the highest standards in our luxury suites in the Dolomites. You will maintain pristine living areas, prep suites for arrivals, and ensure premium amenities and wellness features are perfectly presented.

Mansioni

• Clean and maintain luxury suites according to high standards.
• Prepare suites for guest arrivals and departures.
• Ensure impeccable presentation of living areas, bedrooms, wellness areas and outdoor spaces.
• Prepare and check special suite features (outdoor bathtubs, fireplaces, daybeds, wellness setups).
• Provide Turn-Down Service to create a special evening atmosphere.
• Prepare and maintain areas for In-Room Dining experiences.
• Replenish and check high-quality amenities and guest supplies.
• Handle premium materials, textiles and furnishings with care.
• Report technical or quality-related issues.
• Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with Gouvernante, Vice Gouvernante and all operations teams.

To strengthen our Housekeeping team, we are looking for a meticulous, reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant (m/f/d) who, with a passion for perfection and the highest quality standards, helps create an exceptional home away from home for our guests.

Your Tasks

• Clean and maintain our exclusive luxury suites according to the highest quality standards
• Prepare suites for guest arrivals and departures
• Ensure the impeccable presentation of living areas, bedrooms, wellness areas and outdoor spaces
• Prepare and check special suite features such as outdoor bathtubs, fireplaces, daybeds and wellness setups
• Provide Turn-Down Service to create a special evening atmosphere
• Prepare and maintain areas for In-Room Dining experiences
• Replenish and check high-quality amenities and guest supplies
• Handle premium materials, textiles and furnishings with the utmost care
• Report any technical or quality-related issues
• Comply with our hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Work closely with the Gouvernante, Vice Gouvernante and all operational departments

Your Profile

• Previous experience in Housekeeping or upscale hospitality is an advantage
