A-ROSA Lago di Garda invites an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver 5-star dining on the Garda coast. The role reports to the General Manager and Corporate Chef, opening in November 2026.

You will develop menus, source ingredients, monitor stock, and ensure HACCP compliance while motivating a skilled kitchen team and coordinating with HR on shifts and training. Private accommodation is provided.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of proven Executive Chef experience in 5-star hotels.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in Italian with good English; German a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software.

Mansioni

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality service.
• Develop menus with the Corporate Chef and manage food costs.
• Supervise food preparation and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Lead shifts and training, aligning with CCNL and HR requirements.
