The role requires a strong leadership presence, a passion for authentic gastronomy, and a focus on quality, cost control, and sustainability in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Proven Executive Chef experience in luxury settings.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven success elevating culinary concepts and food quality standards.
• Passion for local products, sustainability, and authentic guest experiences.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the culinary strategy for Borgo dining outlets.
• Build a stronger culinary identity reflecting the destination with international standards and innovation.
• Design and continuously enhance menus, concepts, and guest dining experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
• Manage food cost, labor cost, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to drive guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
• Develop signature culinary events, themed experiences, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Support talent recruitment and succession planning within the culinary team.
