SAN CLEMENTE PALACE VENICE is seeking seasonal kitchen staff for 2027 to support all aspects of kitchen operations in a luxury environment. You will assist in hiring and training team members on safe food handling and equipment use, and help develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and cost efficiency.

You will help maintain high standards of dish presentation, manage inventory and assist with budget control for food and labor costs, while also training FOH staff on menu details and
