ROBINSON Club GmbH is seeking an Assistant to the General Manager (m/f/d) who will act as the right-hand person to club management, coordinating appointments, planning travel, and staying attuned to the needs of all departments.

You will also manage correspondences, supervise secretarial tasks, coordinate the team, and maintain contact with guests and authorities. A passion for hospitality and excellent language skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Excellent written and spoken foreign language skills.
• Experience in business organisation, ideally in a hotel.
• Flexibility and willingness to live and work in ROBINSON clubs for at least six consecutive months.

Mansioni

• Coordinate executive schedules and travel planning for the general manager.
• Manage correspondence and other secretarial tasks in the administration.
• Represent the resort as a secretary and liaise with local authorities and guests.
• Maintain office equipment and ensure smooth operation of the directors' office.
