ROBINSON Club GmbH in Italy seeks an Assistant to the General Manager (m/f/d) to support the club directors’ office. You will coordinate appointments, plan travel, manage correspondence and assist with secretarial tasks while maintaining strong relations with guests and staff.

You’ll represent the resort as a secretary, liaise with local authorities, and ensure smooth office operation and equipment maintenance, using your language skills to communicate across cultures.

• Excellent written and spoken foreign language skills
• Flexibility and willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six consecutive months

Be there for us – as an Assistant to General Manager (m/f/d) at ROBINSON

We really couldn’t manage without you: as the right-hand person to our club management, your role as executive assistant (m/f/d) involves not only coordinating appointments and planning travel, but also always being there to listen to your colleagues and staying fully informed about the needs of each department. When dealing with authorities, guests and staff, you demonstrate your empathy day in, day out and strike just the right note, even with VIPs.

In your job as an assistant to general managerin the administration, you make sure everything in the club directors’ office runs smoothly and handle the correspondence along with other secretarial tasks. You’re responsible for the team coordination and travel planning. As assistant to general manager, you also maintain contact with the guests and have conversations with them, e.g. during a shared dinner.

Your tasks as an assistant to general manager(m/f/d)

You also represent the resort as a secretary and are in contact with the local authorities as well as the visitors at the club. The proper maintenance and operation of the office equipment is also your responsibility. With your good spoken and written foreign language skills, it’s easy for you to communicate with guests and colleagues from foreign cultures as well.
