Job summary

thyssenkrupp nucera is seeking an organised administrative professional to support the Engineering Director and team in Lombardy, Italy. The role covers meeting scheduling, basic visitor logistics, and back-office activities including travel management with an external agency.

Patience, accuracy, and strong English skills are essential, as is the ability to coordinate with multiple business functions and arrange workshops and meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Accuracy, tidiness and attention to detail.
• Belonging to Protected Categories under Italian Law 68/99.

Responsibilities

• Provide organisational support to the Engineering Director and the team, including meeting scheduling and basic logistics coordination for visitors (clients, suppliers, colleagues from other offices).
• Support administrative and back‑office activities related to business travel.
• Manage business travel for staff in coordination with the external travel agency, including collecting requests, handling bookings, and coordinating visa procedures.
• Collaborate with the main business functions to ensure effective operational coordination.
• Support the organisation of internal and external meetings, including workshops.
