BCD Meetings & Events Italy is seeking a Project Manager to join the Events Solutions team in Italy, preferably based in Florence. You will support planning, coordination and delivery of corporate meetings, incentive trips, conferences and team-building activities with a strong focus on logistics and operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring budgets and timelines are met, and delivering high-quality service across multiple projects.

Competenze

• Experience in planning and delivering corporate meetings, incentives and events.
• Strong budgeting, sourcing and supplier coordination skills.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing abilities.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of meetings, events and incentive travel.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Negotiate with hotels, venues and service providers; monitor budgets and timelines.
