BCD Meetings & Events Italy is seeking a Project Manager to join our Events Solutions team in Italy, preferably based in Florence. You will support planning, coordination and delivery of corporate meetings, incentive trips, conferences and team-building activities with a strong focus on operational and logistical aspects.

You will collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure programs are delivered smoothly, within budgets and timelines, and you will manage multiple projects

Competenze

• Previous experience in events, meetings, MICE, travel, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong understanding of event operations, supplier management and budgeting.
• A genuine passion for live events, travel and customer service.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of meetings, events, incentive travel programs and group movements.
• Handle sourcing, supplier coordination, budgeting and operational delivery.
• Negotiate with hotels, venues, DMCs and other service providers.
• Build positive relationships with clients and partners, translating objectives into clear event plans.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, attendee communications and project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, margins and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure high service standards and smooth onsite execution.
• Support multiple projects at the same time while keeping attention to detail and deadlines.
• Work closely with colleagues, internal teams and external partners to ensure coordination and high-quality service.
