The role emphasizes seamless turnover and revenue opportunities through upselling and enhancements.

The position requires coordinating with multiple teams to deliver high-quality events, ensuring billing accuracy, and maintaining guest satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years experience in event management or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; at least 1 year experience in event management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage event logistics and operations to ensure seamless progress.
• Greet clients at events and transition to Event Operations for execution.
• Ensure billing accuracy and review final bills with clients.
• Manage group room blocks and meeting space for assigned groups.
• Identify operational challenges and coordinate with staff to resolve.
• Lead liaison between field sales, customer, and operations during events.
