W Hotels in Arzachena, Sardinia, is seeking a Management-level HR housing supervisor to oversee staff dormitory operations on a full-time basis. You will ensure a safe, clean dormitory and enforce policies for employees living on-site.

Responsibilities include room assignments, check-in/check-out processes, linen and key management, daily cleanliness inspections, and coordination with contractors for pest control and fire safety.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

Mansioni

• Manage staff dormitory operations, ensuring dormitory is safe and clean and policies are followed by employees.
• Assign rooms based on enrollment requests and check-in/check-out staff with required forms, issuing linen and keys.
• Complete dormitory clearance at check-out and report follow-ups to HR.
• Inspect dormitory public areas and staff rooms daily; address cleanliness issues.
• Schedule regular dormitory cleanliness inspections and coordinate pest control.
• Enforce dormitory rules and regulations; report disciplinary issues to HR Director.
