Job summary

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is offering an internship in Meetings and Events at the Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Wellness Resort & Spa in Italy. You will assist the Events team in planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, conferences, and special events, gaining hands-on experience in event operations while contributing to high service standards.

The role focuses on coordinating groups, managing client relationships, and supporting cross-department collaboration to ensure seamless event

Qualifications

• Interest in hospitality, events and meetings industry.
• Guest-focused attitude and client service mindset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Italian and English; another language is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Events team from booking through to execution.
• Assist in managing client relationships and gathering event requirements.
• Join site inspections, property tours and client meetings.
• Coordinate operational and logistical activities with hotel departments.
• Prepare event documentation and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collect post-event feedback to drive service improvements.
