Mandarin Oriental Milan seeks an Events Intern to support the Events and Sales team in coordinating and executing events, ensuring accurate communication and high service standards in line with MOHG guidelines. Reports to the Events Manager.

Responsibilities include assisting with BEOs, group resumes, updating event info, and supporting logistics, meetings, and post-event reviews. Perfect for candidates eager to learn in luxury hospitality.

Formación

• Proficient in English and Italian; strong organizational skills.
• Interest in events and hospitality operations.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating events and ensure accurate communication to departments.
• Support preparation and distribution of BEOs and Group Resumes.
• Maintain event information in systems and documentation.
• Assist in organizing event logistics including timing and setup.
• Support data entry of bookings in Delphi or similar systems.
• Prepare reports, correspondence and event documentation.
