Autel Energy Europe in Milan, Italy, seeks a Solution Engineer to provide pre-sales technical support, design EV charging solutions, and coordinate with Product Management and R&D. You will translate complex requirements into reliable, commercially relevant charging solutions for customers and partners.

You will lead technical discovery, sizing, and integration planning, while delivering workshops and training to enable customers and partners across Europe.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in EV charging, energy, or related industries preferred.
• Experience working with international customers or cross-functional teams is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide pre-sales technical support to customers, distributors, and sales teams.
• Design AC/DC charging solutions based on customer needs and scenarios.
• Coordinate with Product Management, R&D, and Delivery teams to validate solutions.
• Deliver training and enablement for customers and partners, including workshops and events.
• Identify risks and dependencies, and support mitigation actions during solution projects.
• Maintain clear technical communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
