Autel Energy Europe is seeking a Solution Engineer in Varese, Lombardy, Italy. You will provide pre-sales technical support, design charging solutions, and coordinate with Product, R&D and project teams to validate feasibility. English fluency is required; Italian is a plus.

The role emphasizes translating complex requirements into reliable EV charging solutions, supporting customers, partners, and internal teams from discovery through handover.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• Experience in solution engineering, pre-sales or technical consulting is essential.
• Fluent English; Italian language preferred or required for local market.

• Provide pre-sales technical support and solution design for EV charging solutions.
• Coordinate with Product Management, R&D and services to validate customer solutions.
