Outokumpu is seeking an EUS Service Manager (Collaboration) in Italy to lead end-user services in the Microsoft 365 Collaboration space. You will oversee service management, improvements and deployment of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and related services.

This role reports to the End User Services leadership and focuses on reliability, cost efficiency and governance. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships and tenancy administration while mentoring the team and contributing to global IT

Competenze

• Must have at least 5 years in Collaboration Technologies and IT Operations.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent service-management experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge including security and compliance.

Mansioni

Descrizione Lavoro - EUS Service Manager (Collaboration)

We are looking for a Service Manager – End User Services, Collaboration to take responsibility for managing and developing collaboration services in our End User Services area.

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall service management, continuous improvement and further development of services and solutions within the Microsoft 365 Collaboration area. You will oversee End User Services more broadly, while specializing in collaboration technologies such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and related Microsoft 365 services.

You will act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders and vendors regarding IT topics within your service area, ensuring that services are reliable, secure, cost-efficient and continuously improved.

Your responsibilities

• Managing daily IT service operations, service performance, availability and continuous improvement within End User Services and the Collaboration area
• Acting as the single point of contact for business stakeholders and vendors, including vendor management and third-party service contract follow-up
• Preparing and following up service budgets, forecasts, actuals, software license optimization and budget compliance
• Managing Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including licensing, governance, access management, policies, reporting, security and compliance topics
• Planning and supporting project and change deliveries, including rollouts, adoption, communication, user training and CAB participation/chairing
• Maintaining service structure, CMDB accuracy, documentation and knowledge articles within the service area
• Mentoring specialists, sharing knowledge and building operational capability within the End User Services team

What we are looking for

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent industry experience, with at least 5 years of experience in Collaboration Technologies and IT Operations
• ITIL Foundation certification or similar practical Service Management experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, FileShares, security and compliance
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written; other languages are considered an advantage
• Analytical, proactive and hands‑on approach, with excellent cooperation, communication and stakeholder management skills
