Outokumpu cerca un EUS Architect (IAM) per guidare design, sviluppo e manutenzione di soluzioni IAM sicure e scalabili. Ruolo chiave nell’allineamento con sicurezza, conformità e principi zero trust.

Il candidato ideale possiede significativa esperienza in IAM/IGA, conoscenza di Entra ID e Active Directory, e ottime capacità comunicative in inglese. Ruolo full-time con possibile orario ibrido in Italia.

Mansioni

• Sviluppare e mantenere l’architettura IAM, strumenti e roadmap in collaborazione con Service Manager e altri architetti.
• Fornire guida e supporto IAM a IT, OT e stakeholder di business.
• Partecipare alla governance architetturale IT e tradurre requisiti in soluzioni sicure e scalabili.
• Fornire supporto operativo L2/L3 per soluzioni IAM quando necessario.
• Garantire che le soluzioni IAM rispettino cyber security, conformità e zero trust.
• Rimanere aggiornato sulle best practice IAM e introdurle nell’architettura IAM.
• Collaborare con team interni e fornitori esterni per assicurare erogazione dei servizi.
• Possibilità di on-call se necessario

Outokumpu is looking for an End User Services Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to drive the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and future-ready IAM solutions.

Purpose of the role
As an IAM Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping Outokumpu’s Identity and Access Management landscape. You will ensure that IAM solutions support business needs, follow security and compliance requirements, and align with modern cyber security and zero trust principles.

Key accountabilities

• Develop and maintain IAM architecture, tools, technology selections, and roadmaps in cooperation with Service Managers and other architects.
• Act as a subject matter expert for IAM solutions, providing guidance and support to IT, OT, and other business stakeholders.
• Participate in IT architectural governance and translate business requirements into secure and scalable technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on L2/L3 operational support for IAM solutions when needed.
• Ensure IAM solutions meet established cyber security, compliance, and zero trust standards.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging IAM technologies, incorporating them into the IAM landscape.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technology providers to provide technical direction and ensure effective service delivery.
• Option for on-call if needed

Job requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent experience from a similar role.
• Several years of experience in IAM/IGA, with strong hands‑on configuration and development experience in IAM services.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory; PAM experience is considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of cyber security, zero trust principles, integrations, and enterprise environments such as SAP.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a benefit.
