Sustainable Stainless Steel Producer cerca unoIT Process Specialist per gestire processi ITSM in un ambiente multivendor e in IT interno. Il ruolo prevede miglioramento continuo e implementazione di nuove pratiche, con formazione di team internazionali e promozione di standard ITSM.

Si richiede esperienza in IT Service Management, conoscenza di ITIL e ServiceNow, nonché fluente inglese. Orario 50% in ufficio in un contesto collaborativo e internazionale.

Competenze

• Esperienza in IT Service Management e processi IT.
• Conoscenza e pratica del framework ITIL; gestione incidenti, incident, change e CMDB.
• Esperienza pratica con ServiceNow.
• Fluente in inglese, parlato e scritto.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team.

• Migliorare e implementare processi IT includendo formazione interna ed esterna.
• Guidare il miglioramento continuo dei processi ITSM e mantenere la roadmap di sviluppo.
• Documentare descrizioni di processo e guide operative.

Descrizione Lavoro - IT Process Specialist

We are looking for an IT Process Specialistfixed-term employment of six months from October 2026 on to manage ITSM processes across multivendor environment as well as internal Outokumpu IT. The objective is to develop and drive continuous improvement and ensure we have required process support in place.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and implement IT processes including training (both internal and external teams) e.g. on-/offboarding of new vendors, product owners, service managers, development teams
• Drive continual ITSM process improvement, maintain and execute the process development roadmap
• Document both formal process descriptions and hands-on how-to guides
• Act as an ambassador, promote global and harmonized ITSM processes

Requirements

• Working experience in IT Service Management and IT processes
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of ITIL framework; incident, service request, problem, change practices and CMDB. Agile service management framework (DevOps) is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow
• Fluent in English language, spoken and written
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
