Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a skilled European Therapy Development Marketing Manager to lead referrer engagement across markets in Europe. You will shape strategy, own the CATALYST program, and collaborate with country marketing teams to drive earlier, higher-quality referrals across the region.

You will partner with Medical Affairs and Education colleagues to develop HCP education programs, manage cross-functional projects, and optimize engagement strategies for cardiovascular therapies,

Competenze

• University degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or related field with significant Therapy Development experience.
• Experience in HCP engagement, strategic marketing and commercial excellence.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages (French, German, or Italian) are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Shape and drive the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement.
• Own the CATALYST program strategy and roadmap for earlier, higher-quality referrals.
• Partner with country marketing and commercial field teams to identify referral barriers and opportunities.
• Develop and optimize HCP engagement strategies, including education sessions, referral events and digital programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, external agencies and program budgets.
