PeoItaly is recruiting a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth across Europe, with a primary focus on the Italian market. This hands-on role combines business development, account management and technical-commercial coordination.

You will build relationships with packaging producers, identify opportunities, coordinate product trials and work with internal teams to ensure timely support and successful product commercialization. Travel across Europe is expected.

Competenze

4–6 years of relevant sales or business-development experience in plastics or packaging.
Knowledge of BOPP, CPP, BOPET, blown-film and flexible packaging applications.
Technical or academic background in chemistry or polymer science is advantageous.

Mansioni

Represent and grow the company’s business across Europe with emphasis on Italy.
Identify new customers and commercial partners in the packaging sector.
Manage relationships with producers and coordinate trials, testing and approvals.
Work with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and product commercialization.
Support pricing discussions, negotiations and account development.
Travel regularly across Italy and Europe to meet customers and attend events.
