Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Sr. Associate Supply Planning in Arese, Italy, to manage inventory, replenishment and master production scheduling for a regional portfolio across Europe.

The role emphasizes collaboration with distribution centers, factories, and commercial teams to align production with capacity and service targets. You will participate in S&OP and S&OE processes, maintain SAP master data, and support launches and restages while leveraging SAP, APO, Tableau and Excel skills in a FMCG

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in supply chain planning.
• Analytical and hands-on problem solver.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain.
• Experience as project lead/coordination is a plus.
• Interest in supply chain software and SAP AP/Tableau.
• Proficient in Excel with data analysis features.
• Italian language fluency plus English.
• Knowledge of FMCG environment.
• APICS/Lean certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio stock levels across European DCs and optimize service levels.
• Create master production schedule aligning with capacity and materials.
• Monitor stock, define replenishment and working capital targets.
• Participate in monthly S&OP and weekly S&OE processes.
• Keep SAP material master data up to date.
• Support change management for launches and restages.
• Perform long-range supply assessments for ad-hoc projects.
