Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Sr. Associate, Supply Planning in Arese to own inventory, replenishment and production planning for a portfolio of finished goods across Europe.

You will shape the master production schedule, monitor stock at a network of DCs, and partner with cross-functional teams to balance service levels and working capital. You will interact with multiple European locations, leverage SAP/ERP tools, and contribute to S&OP/S&OE processes while driving continuous improvements in supply

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ supply chain planning experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain.
• Project management/initiative lead experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP (PP, MM), APO and Tableau.
• MS Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP), fluent English; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage in autonomy a portfolio of products with market impact, solving problems to maximize value for customers.
• Define, maintain, and monitor stock levels across European distribution centers.
• Create the master production schedule matching production requirements with available resources.
• Participate in monthly S&OP Supply Review and assess capacity scenarios.
• Participate in weekly S&OE with local Supply Chain counterparts.
• Utilize ERP, APS, and Analytics to ensure timely information flow across the network.
• Maintain SAP material master data to support plans.
• Support Product Change Management initiatives for launches and restages.
• Perform long-range supply assessments and ad-hoc growth projects.
