Aratas Europe B.V. is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources & Payroll Administrator to support our international workforce across Europe. The role is based in Milan, Italy or Bratislava, Slovakia and reports to the HR Manager.

You will manage HR administration and payroll activities with external providers, maintain HRIS and payroll systems, and generate workforce reports. Excellent English and strong data accuracy are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll support.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting payroll processes across multiple European countries.
• Experience working with HR information systems and payroll platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy with data and payroll information.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
