ECOVACS EMEA is seeking a Business Development Manager / Dealer Channel to lead the European dealer channel strategy for robotic lawn mowers and pool cleaners. You will build and professionalize dealer networks, drive sustainable growth, and scale premium robotics across diverse European markets.

Candidates should have 10+ years in dealer-based sales, multi-country European experience, fluent English, and an additional European language, with willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in dealer-based sales or business development.
• Experience managing multi-country dealer networks in Europe.
• Fluent English; another major European language preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute a multi-country dealer channel strategy for robotic lawn and pool solutions.
• Develop dealer segmentation and adapt GTM approaches to dealer realities.
• Identify and onboard strategic dealer partners across garden and pool channels.
• Own pricing architecture, margins, and commercial terms for the dealer channel.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and After-Sales.
