Job summary

EY Europe West seeks a Senior Pursuit Strategist to coach Account Teams, lead bid management for strategic opportunities, and shape the pursuit strategy across complex deals. You will facilitate strategy sessions, influence senior leaders, and own the development of compelling client-facing materials that articulate the Why EY proposition.

You will drive strategic messaging, oversee multiple pursuit workstreams, and mentor Pursuit Strategists while contributing to continuous pursuit innovation

Qualifications

• Pursuit management experience.
• Experience developing external marketing communications.
• Experience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach account teams on pursuit strategy and provide a full-service pursuit management support model for strategic opportunities.
• Serve as Bid Management Lead of highly complex pursuits.
• Lead overall pursuit strategy on Focus Core / Strategic opportunities when needed.
• Lead pursuit communications strategy and contribute to strategic sessions.
• Develop strategic messaging and client-facing pursuit collateral; lead value proposition development.
• Oversee pursuit outputs and ensure quality control of client-facing materials.
