Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise technology sales or strategy working with senior sales leadership.
• Proven ability to engage and influence at C-level (CIO, CTO, CDO, CFO, CEO).
• Experience shaping high-complexity pursuits multi-party and cross-segment.
• Experience coordinating priorities across teams without direct line management authority.
• Fluent English speaker and writer, able to articulate CxO-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic deal engagement for the ENT and PS portfolio across Europe South.
• Coordinate priorities and operating rhythm for ENT/PS on behalf of the Area Sales Director.
• Prepare the leader for key customer, partner and internal engagements; ensure decisions are followed through.
• Connect workstreams across teams to ensure alignment and progress in forums where the leader participates.
• Raise execution standards by cascading deal-qualification and pipeline discipline across the sales org.
• Bridge Europe South field execution with EMEA best practices and partner motions, including GenAI-related activities.
