Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Project Pursuit Manager to maximize growth and profitability across Europe for the Measurement Solutions business. You will lead strategic pursuits through the full lifecycle, from early customer engagement to final negotiations, coordinating sales, technical, and marketing resources to win.

You will coach sales teams, share best practices, and drive project value propositions across industries like Chemical, Refining, Hydrogen, and Power-to-X.

Qualifications

• Experienced in consultative sales and strategic business development within process/industrial/engineering environments.
• Ability to identify and develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Experience coordinating complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders and decision points.
• Understanding of how major industrial projects progress from concept to execution.
• Willingness to travel across Europe (30–50%).

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify greenfield and complex project opportunities and maintain an accurate funnel.
• Develop and execute winning pursuit strategies for large, complex, multi‑year projects.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and executives.
• Lead cross‑functional pursuit teams with clear roles and decision points.
• Create compelling project value propositions and engage technical specialists and sponsors.
