Sherwin Williams is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to monitor inventories, forecast sales and production for multiple European locations. The role involves optimizing stock levels, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and driving improvements to service levels and efficiency.

The candidate should have strong expertise in supply chain processes, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

Experience in planning, production, logistics, and distribution
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and IT systems
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Access is a plus)
Excellent analytical and modeling abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to build productive relationships at all levels
Fluent in Italian and English

Mansioni

Analyze historical sales data to develop supply chain strategies.
Balance short- and long-term plans to optimize inventory levels.
Define stock levels and adjust warehousing based on demand fluctuations.
Drive accountability with stakeholders on excess and obsolete stock.
Lead cross-functional meetings to review forecasts and resolve issues.
Partner with Customer Service and Operations to maintain service levels.
Champion continuous improvement to optimize processes and product availability.
Manage finished goods inventory planning, reporting, and transfers between sites.
Develop master production schedules to support daily operations.
