Experteer Italy is seeking a Demand Planning & S&OP specialist to balance demand with procurement and production in a global packaging machinery context. The role interfaces with engineering, purchasing, production and warehouse to ensure material availability and optimized inventory.

The position focuses on forecasting accuracy, lead times, and continuous improvement, with base salary starting from EUR 36,000 plus additional insurance benefits.

Competenze

• Master in Engineering Management or related field.
• Good analytical skills with data interpretation.

Mansioni

• Plan demand and material procurement for upgrade projects based on delivery schedules.
• Monitor purchase orders and material availability, addressing critical issues.
• Coordinate production and procurement through regular cross-functional meetings.
• Analyze demand trends within S&OP to anticipate material needs.
• Manage purchase requisitions, lead times, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock.
• Contribute to obsolescence reduction via material reuse or cancelling unnecessary orders.
• Maintain and update master data and planning parameters.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
