Wella Operations US LLC in Milano is seeking a Demand Planner to build accurate forecasts and align Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. This role supports the S&OP process and drives inventory optimization in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, maintaining forecasts with statistical models, coordinating with product launches and promotions, and guiding decisions across cluster and global teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Demand Planning/forecasting roles.
• Experience managing portfolios with hundreds of SKUs.
• Experience with demand planning tools (BlueYonder preferred; JDA).
• Mandatory SAP knowledge.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative stakeholder management and teamwork.

The Demand Planner role, reporting to Italy Demand Planning Leader, is responsible for building accurate demand forecasts and ensuring strong alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. Ensure the Initiatives Master Plan is executed in line with timings, volumes and Company KPIs. The role plays a key part in the S&OP process, supporting business decisions and optimizing inventory performance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with high international exposure.

• Analyze sales trends and monitor the impact of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Actively contribute to the S&OP process with detailed forecasting analysis and cross-functional alignment
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models
• Coordinate and align forecasts with product launches, promotions and supply constraints

THE WELLA IDEAL FIT

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain or other relevant fields;
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Demand Planning/forecasting roles
• Proven experience managing complex portfolios (hundreds of SKUs)
• Experience with demand planning tool (BlueYonder preferred; JDA)
