Chep in Italy is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to minimize supply chain costs through optimization and cross-functional collaboration across Europe. You will analyze data, manage stock, forecast using SAP, JDA, and Excel, and develop tools to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.

You will report on stock, forecasts, and performance, coordinating production planning with logistics to meet customer demand and maintain service levels.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in SC Planning Analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of CHEP, JDA, Power BI, SAP, Blue View.
• At least 3 years in Supply Chain Management in manufacturing.
• Advanced experience in SC tools (JDA Manug./ SAP APO) as user or consultant.
• Experience with S&OP and with Sales Forecasting and demand planning.
• Language: Italian, English; strong Excel, SAP, JDA, Power BI skills.

• Monitor and control stock at plants and manufacturers to optimize capacity and costs.
• Use forecasting tools such as SAP, JDA, and Excel to manage orders and predict demand.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to align goals with SLAs.
• Develop and update optimization tools to streamline planning processes.
• Prepare and present reports on stock levels, forecasts, and performance.
• Coordinate production planning and logistics to align with customer demand and safety stock.
• Lead initiatives to prevent overstocking and improve storage, rotation, and transport plans.
