DNV Business Assurance in Europe seeks a Senior Regional People Manager to shape the employee experience and business performance across 10 countries. You will lead a small team of People Partners, translate group ambitions into regional priorities, and ensure high-quality HR services aligned with global processes.

You will drive leadership development, succession planning, and a culture of engagement while supporting workforce planning and organizational change.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years HR generalist / people leadership experience.
• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to translate business needs into effective people solutions.
• Experience influencing leaders through culture, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and to challenge, coach, and influence leaders effectively.
• Strong facilitation skills and experience with leading organizational development and larger change initiatives.
• Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• International experience with willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Regional Manager and Area Managers on people, leadership, and organizational development matters.
• Drive a people-first culture by partnering with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, collaboration, accountability, and behaviors aligned with DNV's values and strategic direction.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational HR initiatives aligned with the People agenda, business plan, and Business Assurance strategy.
• Support leaders through change, transformation and integration activities.
• Provide expert guidance on HR matters in line with DNV frameworks, strategy, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure the delivery of effective HR services across the employee lifecycle, including organization development, recruitment/onboarding, internal mobility, competence management, performance management and engagement, compensation & benefits, HR reporting, and building AI literacy within the Region.
• Engage and collaborate with employee representative bodies, where relevant.
• Collaborate closely with Global Shared Services (GSS) to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
