Lush is seeking an experienced HR/People Partner to lead and develop People Leads across Europe, aligning regional practices with global standards. You will navigate diverse regulatory landscapes, drive change initiatives, and partner with country managers to deliver effective people solutions.

The role supports France, Germany, Italy and Spain, with main work locations in Paris, Berlin, Milan, or Madrid, and travel across the region. A strategic, people-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR/People Partnering across multi-site or multinational environments.
• Proven experience line managing and developing HR leaders across regions.
• Strong knowledge of European labour laws and regulatory landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Directly line manage and empower People Leads across European entities.
• Collaborate on change management, recruitment, training, and communications.
• Provide tactical guidance on capability, skills, and performance.
• Ensure compliant operations across France, Germany, Italy, Spain.
• Drive regional alignment and manage cross-border people movement.
