Job summary

Lush is seeking a Regional People Partner for Europe Major Markets to lead HR delivery across France, Germany, Italy and Spain, with Milan as a primary location. The role drives regional alignment, talent development and people initiatives across multiple markets, ensuring compliance and local nuance handling.

You will partner with regional leaders and country managers, shaping organisational design, recruitment, training and communications while travelling across Europe to support business

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HR/People Partnering experience.
• Proven track record in line managing HR/People leads across international entities.
• Strong understanding of the commercial landscape within Europe.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Experience with Works Councils/Trade Unions and local regulatory nuances is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Directly line manage and empower the People Leads across European entities.
• Collaborate with regional leaders on change management, recruitment, training, and communications.
• Provide guidance on capability, skills requirements, and performance.
• Align staff experience standards in recruitment, onboarding, training, pay, and development.
• Navigate local employment law and regulatory frameworks across markets.
