Logitech is seeking a Finance leader to drive profitable regional growth across Europe by partnering with Regional B2C Channel Teams. You will enable HQ operations, provide analytics, and guide markets with data-driven insights to support strategy and execution.

You will own P&L management for major accounts, set targets and budgets, and coordinate forecasting and bottom-up planning. The role requires 7–10 years FP&A in international contexts, advanced Excel, and strong collaboration across

Competenze

• 7–10 years of FP&A experience in an international environment (FMCG, electronics or PC)
• Advanced Excel; ESSBASE and Oracle familiarity
• University degree required
• Fluent in English
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing business context
• Experience in matrix/functional structures and multicultural teams
• Effective with management communication

Mansioni

• Partner with GTM Channel and Cluster Teams to support financially sound decisions and profitable growth
• Own Channel and Top Accounts P&Ls, set targets, guidelines and tracking
• Lead forecasting process with channel strategy and bottom-up planning
• Coordinate budget allocation aligned with product category/channel strategy
• Support clusters with actionable analytics to achieve targets
• Provide insights on top accounts performance and investment optimization
• Oversee customer onboarding/de-boarding from Finance perspective
