Logitech is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to drive regional financial decisions and profitable growth across European markets. You will partner with GTM Channel and Cluster Teams, own P&Ls for key accounts, and guide forecasting and budget planning with strong analytics.

The role requires 7–10 years of FP&A experience in a global environment, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work options and a competitive salary are offered.

Competenze

• 7–10 years FP&A experience in international settings (FMCG, electronics or PC industry).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ESSbase and Oracle University.
• Degree required; fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Partner with GTM Channel and Cluster Teams to drive profitable growth.
• Own Channel and Top Accounts P&Ls, set targets and budgets.
• Lead forecasting with channel strategy and bottom-up customer planning.
• Coordinate budget allocation in line with product/category strategy.
• Support clusters with actionable analytics to hit targets.
