Amazon Italia Services Srl is seeking a Senior Program Manager for EU Shipper Support in Milan or London. You will own end-to-end program delivery, drive process improvements, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to scale the Shipper Support organization across regions.

The role requires strong program-management skills, experience in logistics or supply chain, and a track record of influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Competenze

Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Relevant experience with program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related fields.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence without direct reporting lines.
Lean or Six Sigma experience.

Mansioni

Identify, scope, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance shipper experience and operational efficiency.
Coach Shippers and teams to identify defects and perform root-cause analysis.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to implement improvements.
Analyze data to identify trends and prioritize opportunities.
Design scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks for consistency and quality.
Own end-to-end lifecycle of improvement initiatives from ID to rollout.
Create narratives for leadership and track ROI.
