Amazon in Milano seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead robotics deployment and experimentation across Europe fulfillment centers. You will partner with internal customers, document requirements, drive solutions, and manage end-to-end programs with a strong emphasis on scalability and supportability.

Expect frequent travel (50-75%), cross-functional collaboration, and influence over technical roadmaps while delivering complex projects on ambitious timelines.

Competenze

• Experience in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
• 5+ years of product or program management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.

Mansioni

• Manage operational relationships with support teams and internal operations partners to drive improvements in robotic asset performance.
• Identify business risks and needs for new products to establish a maintenance program.
• Use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Interact with customers, project sponsors, technical program managers and internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to simplify processes and drive efficiency.
• Contribute to and influence technical designs.
• Lead cross-functional teamwork across groups with competing priorities to deliver large, complex projects.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalation, tradeoffs, and timelines.
• Identify, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Create, maintain and disseminate program information to stakeholders.
