Amazon Shipping is seeking a Program Manager for Shipper Support to drive process improvements and operational excellence across the Shipper Support organization. Based in Milan or London, you will bridge front-line operations with product and program management to translate shipper pain points into scalable improvement initiatives.

• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Relevant experience with program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related.

Mansioni

• Identify, scope, and lead process improvement initiatives that enhance shipper experience and drive operational efficiency.
• Coach Shippers, Account Managers and Shipper Support Specialists to identify defects and perform root-cause analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations) to implement process and tool improvements.
• Analyze contact drivers and shipper pain points to identify trends and quantify impact.
• Design scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks for consistency and quality.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of improvement initiatives from problem to rollout.
• Create narratives and updates to leadership on problems and solutions.
