Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Executive Director/VP for the Medical Science & Strategy Team - Oncology. Role based in the EMEA region with travel to China; relocation possible.

A senior leader with extensive Oncology track record to drive strategic and measurable business outcomes within the PPD clinical research business. The incumbent will support sales for proposals, engage senior medical leaders, and mentor clinical teams to advance trial design, regulatory packages, and development

Competenze

MD or equivalent required.
Certified Oncologist with 5+ years in pharma leading clinical development.
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Active medical license preferred but not required.

Mansioni

Ensure high-quality input into significant RFPs, including development strategy and regulatory issues.
Support input into PPD clinical research activities and strategic alliances.
Provide therapeutic expertise to internal teams, including indication training and guidance during trials.
Mentor and supervise clinical scientists; participate in multidisciplinary teams.
