Agap2 Italia is seeking a Construction Project Manager with proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities within EPC projects. The role focuses on monitoring the EPC Contractor's execution, ensuring compliance with project specs, schedule, HSE and QA/QC, while protecting the Client's interests from a PMS perspective.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Construction Manager on EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, HSE and QA/QC in EPC projects.

Mansioni

• Monitor EPC Contractor's construction execution plan, methods, and work packs.
• Ensure activities align with approved project schedule and milestones.
• Support constructability reviews during design and engineering phases.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, international standards, and regulations.
• Perform safety walks and audits to monitor field safety performance.
• Oversee Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Review NCRs and ensure lessons learned are implemented.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and operations.
• Manage interfaces between onshore/offshore activities, subcontractors, vendors and third parties.
• Monitor contractual compliance, scope changes and variation orders; provide construction input for claims.
• Review daily/weekly progress reports and prepare PMS reporting.
• Ensure construction records and as-built documentation are updated and submitted.
