AGAP2 Italia in Milan seeks a Construction Project Manager with proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities within EPC projects. You will monitor EPC Contractor execution, ensure alignment with schedule, HSE, quality, and protect client’s interests from PMS perspective.
Availability to work on site in Milan may be required. The role requires a Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree, proven EPC project management, and strong coordination skills

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with proven experience in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities within EPC projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the EPC Contractor’s execution, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedule, HSE and quality requirements, while protecting the Client’s interests from a PMS perspective.
Work location: Milan
The salary for this role ranges from €40.000 to €60.000
The position is governed by the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector applied by our company. The final salary within the stated range will be determined based on the candidate's technical skills, relevant experience in the role, and the outcome of the selection process, using objective and neutral criteria. In exceptional cases, where a candidate's profile significantly exceeds the requirements associated with the stated salary range, a review of the compensation may be considered, subject to internal approval.
