Xenon7 is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge enterprise AI platforms with finance functions. You will translate complex financial challenges into deployable AI applications, delivering regulatory-compliant solutions inside client environments and iterating to achieve measurable ROI.

You will prototype user-facing tools quickly, run agentic and RAG workflows on top of enterprise data stacks, and drive adoption across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and CFO leadership.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on software development and full-stack AI application deployment.
• Product-minded builder with bias for action and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to navigate vague business problems without predefined specs.
• Outstanding ability to interface directly with senior business leaders without intermediary analysts.

Mansioni

• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions for Finance business units—from discovery to production deployment, adoption, and ROI measurement.
• Prototype vertical applications within 1–2 weeks to gather real user feedback using contemporary web/UI tools.
• Handle edge cases, data quirks, and training to turn prototypes into enterprise-ready products.
