Accenture Italia is seeking Forward Deployed AI Engineers to embed with client teams and operationalize AI platforms inside enterprise environments. You will own time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability, translating platform capabilities into measurable business value.

The role is part of the Reinvention Deployment Engineering practice, tackling the hardest enterprise AI challenges across industries and building reusable patterns for the client to own after you depart.

Competenze

• Experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Design and deploy agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Extensive experience deploying to production, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm).
• End-to-end delivery ownership in client-embedded environments.

• Embed with client teams to deploy, scale, and operationalize AI platforms inside enterprise environments.
• Own production outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, scalability.
• Move from ambiguous business problem to production-ready systems through rapid prototyping.
• Design and govern AI architectures across the enterprise stack including identity, data, security, governance, and workflow integration.
• Translate architectural outcomes into business impact for client leadership including CTO, CFO, CISO.
• Build reusable patterns and playbooks that clients own after you leave.
• Lead design workshops, proofs of concept, and architecture walkthroughs with client teams.
• Codify patterns and learnings to scale across engagements and grow the FDE practice.
