Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to drive AI deployments from discovery to production rollout. You will embed with enterprise customers, translate needs into deployment plans for engineering teams, and coordinate across Product and Customer stakeholders.

You will spend time onsite with customers to navigate real constraints, track progress, and ensure measurable outcomes. This hands-on role rewards ownership and problem-solving at scale.

Competenze

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete plans.
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills.

• Embed deeply with customers to understand their processes and systems, identify the most important problems, and help them win.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into clear deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the deployment.
• Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on real usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
