Haworth in Milan seeks a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead AI transformation initiatives across Lifestyle Design and CI International. You will drive strategy, planning, execution and governance to deliver measurable business value.

Partner with business leaders, IT, data and HR to accelerate AI adoption, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure governance and change management across the organization.

Competenze

• 7 years related work experience with Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years related experience with Master’s degree.
• PM certification (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Lead AI transformation programs across Lifestyle Design and International from strategy to value realization.
• Define and execute AI strategies and roadmaps with executive sponsorship.
• Coordinate AI program budgets, vendor relationships and resource deployment.
• Define success metrics and report progress, risks and value to leadership.
• Establish AI governance, policies, and risk management for compliant use.
• Collaborate with IT, data, HR and business leaders to drive adoption.
