Job summary

Nebuly, Turin-based, is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its hybrid team. You will be the first technical contact for enterprise customers, owning requests from receipt to resolution, and collaborating with engineering to deliver working solutions.

You don’t need to be the most senior developer; you should understand modern software products, diagnose problems methodically, and leverage AI agents like Claude to investigate, reproduce, and fix issues.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a technical support, QA, or related role.
• Strong customer-facing skills with empathy and clarity.
• Solid foundation: REST/JSON, logs, SQL, and codebase navigation.
• Hands-on with AI agents and tooling to diagnose issues.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving and follow-up.
• Basic scripting in Python or Bash for checks.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritise, and respond to enterprise support requests quickly.
• Investigate issues end-to-end: logs, data queries, API calls.
• Use Claude and other AI agents to analyze logs and draft solutions.
• Resolve most issues autonomously; escalate when needed.
• Provide clear, reproducible write-ups for escalations.
• Keep customers informed; manage expectations and updates.
• Run live troubleshooting calls with customer teams.
• Create and maintain docs, FAQs, and runbooks.
• Identify patterns to inform product and engineering improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, solutions, and CS teams.
