indigo.ai is a leading Italian AI scale‑up building enterprise AI agents for customer interactions. We seek a Product AI Engineer to own AI features end‑to‑end, from concept to production, including agentic pipelines, RAG architectures, and robust evaluation.

You will work with Elixir and AI tools to integrate probabilistic systems into the platform while aligning with user workflows. The role emphasizes product sense, reliability, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Agentic architectures and RAG expertise.
• Production experience with LLMs in real users or production traffic.
• Elixir and AI‑assisted workflows in daily practice.
• Evaluation and reliability discipline with objective gates.
• Product sense and scalable thinking for enterprise use.
• Fluent Italian and strong English (B2+) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Feature Delivery: Design, prototype, and ship AI capabilities into the product from concept to production.
• Agentic Pipelines & Workflows: Build multi‑step agentic workflows and tool-calling frameworks.
• RAG & Knowledge Architectures: Design and optimize RAG architectures over enterprise documents.
• AI Evaluation & Quality: Build evaluation frameworks, regression tests, and quality gates.
• Product & UX Integration: Align AI features with user workflows and manage streaming responses.
• Observability & Iteration: Monitor features with telemetry and refine performance.
